Alli
Alli is the newest magic bullet to weight loss!! Alli is the recently Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved dieting pill. It is sold over the counter in pharmacies and of course is very affordable for those willing to sacrifice heath for weight loss.
First let me explain to you how Alli really works. The drug works by preventing the breaking down of fat in the food that you consume. In your body the enzyme Lipase is the key to breaking down fat so that your body can absorb it. Alli prevents Lipase from doing its job. Therefore when you eat anything fatty, the fat does not get broke down at all, it completely slides right through your digestive system unprocessed and then exits your body. So although not fun to think about, the truth is...You put it in one end and it comes out the other.

We all get to the point when we just don't want to exercise anymore. Never think you are the only one that feels guilty for taking a day, a week, or even months off from burning off those extra calories or doing what you can to stay fit and healthy. I used to run into this problem quite often when I was first trying to keep up a consistent workout schedule. Trying to find the time, getting motivated to wake up and run or swim early in the morning and keeping a consistent schedule were my challenges.

Losing Weight
Some of you have mentioned that you hit a plateau when it comes to losing weight. You want to lose more, but you don't know how.
We all hit these plateaus. I've been at one for over a year now. You get stuck when your body and the calories you're taking in even out. So, what do you do to change that.
