Exercise during pregnancy?
At one time women were actually urged to cut down and even avoid all types of exercise during pregnancy. Today we not only know this is false, we know it provides positive impact on both mommy and baby. Of course all women should consult their doctor and/or trainer before starting an exercise program. Some women may not be able to participate in specific activities due to specific conditions or complications.

Exercise after childbirth
Having a child puts more stress on your body than almost anything else you can go through. As a Mom, I know what having a child does to the body. Your whole shape changes, the stomach you used to have and loved is now gone, you have loose skin where you never had it before and you look in the mirror, and weeks after, months after, even years later you can see things still aren't what they used to be.
