Truck Driving and Exercise
Being a truck driver and staying fit is not easy. Truck drivers lead one of the most sedentary life styles and sitting all day in a truck is not easy. Most people think that smoking, drinking caffeine and eating will keep them alert and safe on the roads. However, all of these are what make driving even tougher. Truck drivers will be healthier and safer if they have a balanced diet, exercise daily and remember to always eat a healthy breakfast.

Absolutely not! As with many things in life, harmful affects of foods, drinks, and even activities often have less to do with the actual things themselves; than what we do with them.
