
Marinated Shrimp
Marinade Ingedients
2 minced garlic cloves
2 tblsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tblsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp white sugar
1/2 tsp paprika
1 to 2 tblsp of fresh parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix all ingedients together and set aside
1/2 pund of large or jumbo clean and peeled fresh, uncooked shrimp. Add it to the marinade. Let the shrimp sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours and up to 8 hours.
Heat the grill to medium. Place the shrimp on the grill. Flip after about 2 to 3 minutes or when the shrimp is starting to turn pink.
Takes about 5 minutes to cook.
