Ingredients
One small box of pasta shells
One package of mozzarella cheese shredded
One package of cheddar cheese shredded
One all of fresh mozzarella cut in cubes
1 cup of milk
1/2 stick of butter melted
1/2 stick of butter cut into small pieces
Salt to taste.
Instructions
Prepare one box of small pasta shells according to the instructions on the package.
Drain the pasta and place in a large bowl
Add 1 cup of milk and all the cheeses and the melted butter and mix together.
Place in a baking dish and cover with small pieces of butter and season with salt. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese and shells get a bit crusty. Mix a few times while baking. Remove from oven, let cool for about 5 minutes and serve.
