Get Fit Families works with the Rose E Schneider Family YMCA in Cranberry Township in providing a quality running and triathlon club for beginners up to elite athletes. Our group meets during the summer at 5:45 AM and 4:45 PM on Tuesday's and 5:30 AM and 4:45 PM on Thursday's at North Boundary Park in Cranberry Township, PA.
We meet Saturday's at 8:00 AM at the YMCA and Sunday mornings at 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM for two different running groups at the CVE Elementary School in Zelienople, PA.
